A few years ago Relaxation, Wellness and Soul Coach Kirsten Korot found herself facing a life threatening disease with a 50/50 chance of survival. Kirsten refused defeat, developed her own regime of alternative methods alongside chemotherapy and cleared the disease. She used body talk, sound baths, guided imagery in her own healing and now with her clients to get to the “Issues that Lay in their Tissues” where we hold every trauma, negative emotion or experience on a cellular level that can get in the way of moving forward in career, relationships, health, etc. Kirsten is based in Marina Del Rey.
